Q. We've already had someone look at our bills - do we still need your service?
A. If we are confident enough to spend time looking at your bills - know that we will probably find something that the others have missed. Many companies find the "low-hanging fruit" savings - we pride ourselves in digging deep and finding savings that nobody else sees. And if we don't find anything, remember that there is no charge. Just peace of mind knowing that everything is in order.
Q. What if the amount of recommended reallocation will increase prices too much for our residents? Can we choose to apply a lesser amount?
A. Yes. All our recommendations are just that - recommendations. If you decide it is best not to apply a portion of the changes we recommend, there will be no charge for it.
Q. What kind of savings can we expect?
A. It varies dramatically depending on the geographic area and the specific utility provider - but it can be as high as 15% of your total utility expenses.
Q. I'm a manager for an owner - what is in it for me?
